Bed Bath & Beyond

About 80% of the time I come here staff is very nice and helpful. Items are more pricey, but better quality. Today I had an awful experience. Staff was kind of avoiding me when I needed help reaching something, and was visibly struggling. When an employee was near by I had said “excuse me” to which she ignored. When I asked again she said “what”, and I had asked if she could help me reach something to which she sighed. Then said “there’s some over there” and pointed. Honestly, if staff is going to be like that why are they working at a big box store? She was rude, and has zero work ethic.

I would like to commend Angie, the clerk who gave us excellent service last week. She was very professional, courteous & very helpful. It makes me want to go back to this store in Regina South.

I went in for a beauty mirror and a makeup organizer. There was lots of options for both pricewise. Service was fast and polite.
