I needed a trailer in time for my winter migration to Arizona. Brad, Bill and Beau worked hard to get me this beautiful new trailer. I have now pulled it effortlessly with a Grand Cherokee, a Harley and many other comforts of life inside behind my 45 foot coach. I highly recommend Becker Custom Trailers to everyone I talk with. Brad was fantastic to work with, answered all of my questions quickly and explained all options available to build a trailer that fit my needs perfectly. Had a minor problem during shipping but Brad followed the repair all the way through to make sure trailer was perfect when delivered. The next trailer I buy will definitely be with Brad @ Becker Trailer Sales.
Ordered a Neo trailer and had a great experience with Becker Trailers. Custom order included 79" opening, interior and rear loading LED lights, exterior/interior color pattern, awning, etc. Brad salesman was quick to respond and there was no beating around the bush to get exactly what I wanted. No surprises and extra fees- the price was what I paid.
Got an awesome trailer at a great price! Brad was very knowledgeable and especially helpful when designing my trailer.Offered honest helpful suggestions without trying to sell me more than I needed. These guys are true pros!!
I have been trying to contact them about replacing leaky windows after only having the trailer less than a year. Now the trailer is two years old and the door is disintegrating. I only wanted information on replacement parts that I would pay for even though the trailer should still be under warranty. This was an investment for us and I was under the impression that we would get at least 5 years before any real issues came, I guess I was wrong. After posting this review I was contacted by someone from Becker who helped me get the info I needed to get replacement parts. It seems our original seller is no longer with the company and hence the delay in answering our emails. Thank you for helping correct this issue.
Brad was great to deal with. Trailers are high quality. I came for North Dakota to pick up my new enclosed trailer. I custom ordered it and it was just what I expected.
The owner was very short with me and when asked serious questions about quality in the manufacturing process of the trailers he laughed and said what do you expect for the price, I guess I just like dealing with nice courteous people that are selling a quality product. I was just looking at buying a trailer I can only imagine how he would be if you bought a trailer from him and had a problem down the road, probably not good.
Never received 8 weeks now I Bought a trailer tried picking it up every time I called they asked if it was inclosed black white, I just asked if they would look up my company name and let me know if it was in. Wow what a run around, don't order from these guys terrible experience. Blamed me for being frustrated when I called. Terrible Coustomer service don't do Business with these guys.They emailed that I was out of line with there staff. When I Called Bill the Owner he said I need to call him only, How would I know this ? he then began to Yell at me on the phone nice spin on things. I would bet service would be terrible if this is how it starts on the front end.
