The service is so nice that it leaves us a guilty feeling when we leave empty handed. This is how you manage a store. Definitely will come again when we need a shoe. Hopefully we'll make a purchase here because earlier we didn't get the shoe size that we wanted out of stock
So glad I stopped in to shop a few weeks ago ! The staff at the Port Elgin location could not have been more helpful. Their expertise, and most of all their patience has had me returning several more times. Each time I go home happy with my purchase, and feeling valued as a customer. I've now purchased three pairs of shoes here. Everything has been comfortable. I highly highly recommend the On shoes! They're the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn and they come in super cute colours. Staff make very helpful recommendations, based on your style preference and if you're shopping for anything in particular. Will return for more shoes in the future!

A fabulous shop just a short walk or drive away with wonderful helpful staff. I mean they make it so easy to find the perfect shoes or hikers. If it isn't there on the shelves they certainly go beyond and above to make sure they find the colour and proper size. I love this shop and I always get so many compliments on my glittery, furry, fingerless mittens. I have my whole family in Blundstone and we love them.
