Over the years we have purchased both of our babies’ rooms, strollers and car seats from this place. We are very happy of the quality of the bedroom furniture. They have good promotions and excellent service.
Excellent after purchase customer service Staff is very friendly. Had some issues putting together my peg perego stroller and car seat and Mario was more than willing to show me how it worked and helped install it. Would definitely purchase from them again.
Received great service from several sales staff who was not pushy at all. Owner was nice for delivery arrangement. We shopped everywhere and bought our stroller there and reclining chair among other things because price was best in town. Very happy. We will go back and strongly recommand.
Bad service and not very helpful the lady who showed/ demonstrated. She didn’t take time to explain the products. Don’t like the experience.
Love this store! They have a huge variety of baby accessories and everything you need! There is a Panamanian woman who works there who is so sweet and helpful! Some of the other staff are a bit pushy but other than that it’s one of my favourite places to shop for baby furniture and accessories!
Very bad customer service. Sale staff have very little knowledge. Managers not very helpful. Very disappointing. You should shop at Agatha, Clément or any other specialized stores.
