When you turn items into the court, do NOT turn them in to the male clerk. Especially if you are all female. He mishandles information, insists on multitasking working on other items while you are trying to check in and turn in documents and ask questions about payments going through. This made me very uncomfortable, I had questions about payments but I felt I wasn't allowed to make them and do what I needed to do. He refuses to provide simple information (not advice) but information. Every other clerk is nice, calm, attentive and quick, this person clearly does not want to be here at their job, and clearly does not want to be around people on this setting. Ask for someone else of you can. I asked him once if had any prejudice against me, he just continued to try his best never to look at me. He kept working on the computer from moment I walked up, to the moment I asked for someone else. This person was very quick, to the point, and handled everything without hesitation.

According to all the previous reviews, I was expecting to have an awful experience. I went in to pay a ticket and everything went alright. The booth attendant was kind and helpful. Granted, it wasn't busy and I was equally kind, so I'm sure that influenced how things went. The interior of the building is quite old and a lot of things are kind of falling apart... Wonder what all the money is going to haha.

Never drive in this city if you can help it. Right and wrong mean nothing to this court, only how much money they can make. Judges are good at making those Benjamins here.

The clerk that answered the phone was VERY rude. All I have is a speeding ticket and she acted like I was scum of the earth. All I wanted was to reschedule my court appointment but she very rudely informed me that she couldn't do that over the phone. Then proceeded to tell me that it was already rescheduled but no one cared to tell me? If I had not of been sick this morning I would have shown up at 8:30 am for NO reason. Maybe they should get better clerk's that can handle speaking to people.

When I first started paying off my ticket, trying to get through to available reps was a complete nightmare. Now I get prompt, professional, and friendly service. They definitely have done changes there for the better because it shows.
