The staff was helpful and pleasant, was clean and nice decor. The beavertail was good but very thin, toppings were delicious however I found 2 brush bristles from the chocolate sauce that was applied The ice cream was ok and was good to have in a single cup with lid for travel.
The lady behind the counter was so sweet! Every time I’ve come it’s been a great experience. So glad this place opened near us.
Got a couple beaver tails tonight. Was kind of disappointed with the quality of spread and toppings we got on them. Also, the size of the beaver tails are wayyyy smaller than before. I got the new pistachio one and I could barely taste any of the spread and honey. My boyfriend got the avalanche and he barely had any spread on his. Also the beaver tails could of been cooked a little longer as they were underdone.
We were surprised with the size of the beavertail pastry. The standard size is pretty big but this was so small. We ordered 3 beavertails and the server was not at all generous with the amount of the spread. One of the pastries was also burnt and had a bitter taste.I am extremely disappointed with the quality at this location.
Tonight I have tried an maple beavertail it was extremely tasty and verg big in size as well as their Playlist of music was relaxing .....pretty good environment.Food: 5/5

Found out a Beaver Tails opened up in Burlington. I had to try it out! Memories of grabbing one at the end of riding the slopes at my favorite ski hills filled my head. Store is located in newer strip mall. Bright and clean store with interesting seating for customers picnic table. All the favorites are here!! Nutella, Cinnamon Sugar etc... They even have some new spins on foods like the Poutintail poutine on a Beavertail Service was good and the taste is good. 4 stars
I recently visited BeaverTails, and I was blown away by the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The BeaverTails themselves were heavenly, with the perfect balance of flavours and a delightful texture. Overall, my experience at BeaverTails was amazing, thanks to their outstanding customer service and delectable treats.
It was my first time when I visited beaver tails ….. and when I saw the decoration inside the beaver tails …. It was so eye catching …. And I met there a girl name khushi who was working there ….. she was very nice and provides service by her smily face and makes me feel comfortable as I visited there for the first time .
Got beavers bites with strawberry cheesecake large for me and the kids. Was tasty and sweet. they liked itthey are tough judges so I reccomend
