Short Story: The technician I had Love did a great job with the eyebrow threading itself, but I wasn't impressed with the overall customer service. I had an appointment at 10:00, which is when they opened. Several of the employees were doing training, so there weren't enough technicians for all the appointments. I ended up having to wait about 20 minutes, and they seated someone with a 10:30 appointment before me. This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and the technician just started threading without asking me what I wanted I'm guessing they were in a hurry because of the training and how busy it was. Once I explained to her what I wanted, she did a great job - my eyebrows looked natural and nicely cleaned up. I do feel my brows were filled in a little too dark for my blonde hair, but I'm also just not used to it.Service: Eyebrow threading
Had the best experience here with Love, she is amazing and so sweet! She took the time to make sure my brows were perfectly even while also maintaining the thickness which is a concern that I’ve had for a while. My brows were the best they’ve ever looked!! I had such an amazing experience with Love! She was very personable and was able to recommend a henna for eyebrows service. She was very knowledgeable and patient while doing the service. I would highly recommend going to this location and seeing Love. She ensured I was happy with the end result and made me feel less nervous as she told me everything step by step! Thanks Love
I've been going here for the past couple of years but frequently need to find my new fav brow gal because the staff turnover seems to be high. There was one time that I booked with a specific woman and only learned that the woman no longer worked there at the time of my arrival. Super annoying. I do however love the services, the prices and the atmosphere but I really dislike how on every appointment, they always need to try to sell something else on me. I'm there for a service and am already paying but they make it feel like its not good enough. My most recent appointment, I booked with a lady that happened to be available because my usual gal wasn't- I left with satisfied brows but super annoyed that she told me I was in desperate need of a facial because I have too many white heads for her liking. Super rude and definitely will never go to her ever again, nor would I do a facial there after that kind of comment. I have previously purchased a facial mask product from them that did absolutely nothing and was money thrown in the trash, so I don't give into anything else than what I came in for.Services: Waxing
Lovedeep is amazing! Always does exactly what I want super well and nice and fast. She is also very friendly and I love to chat when I’m there! The appointment booking, check in and check out process is very easy and it is very affordable for the services I get done!Services: Lip hair removal
Abeer did my eyelash extensions at Beauty First In Oakville. Abeer took her time and did a great job. I felt so confident and started to self love myself after my eyelash extensions. it was my first time and There was no pain. I didn’t have any problems with it later. I am so in love with my eyelash extensions and the customer service as well. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. I would recommend any girl who wants to get her eyelash extensions done don’t walk but Run to Beauty First in Oakville. You can trust them. I am very happy with my eyelash extensions and I would definitely go back.
Was coerced into purchasing their lash serum for $100 with false advertising - they pointed to a pretty young lady with long lashes who works there and told me she uses it. This was in late May/June. Needless to say it’s October now, and I see no changes or improvements on my lashes. Waste of money and waste of time.
