I've been with the Beausejour Pharmacy since it first opened. I've then refered my parents, family and friends. Their service is very friendly. It is a family based and owned pharmacy. They are fully bilingual and they treat you well. You are not a number. They know you by your name. They take the time to converse with you and ask how you and your family are doing. I was present at the time where the lady was asking to return the medication. The pharmacist (owner) was very patient and calm. He was trying to explain to her why he could not take the product back. She seemed to be persistent in saying that at her pharmacy they always take back the medication whether or not it's been open. The pharmacist was calm, polite and professional with the lady. I will continue to refer family and friends because of the outstanding service that they offer.

Hello, I would like to know what the store return policy is for non prescription items. I am not referring to drugs. One star was given because I had a very rude response when I asked to return an item that I was talked into taking when I was having my prescription filled from the clinic. It was not used, the seal was not broken as it had not been opened. One star is for the very quick filling of my prescription. I am still shocked at the response & treatment from a male employee whom I believe was the pharmacist. Please reply. Also your price for this item was 40% more than else where.

Our family has been customers for over 25 years. The entire Caron family has always gone well above the standards of any pharmacy including opening the store for a family emergency on more than one occasion as well as given us excellent care and advice in every situation. Our family has been a customer for over 20 years, never had an issue. Pharmacists and staff are very friendly and always helpful, prescriptions are always ready in a timely manner. I completely trust the advice of the pharmacists here.
