Beaubien Bagel

We went in and bought a dozen of warm sesame seeds bagels right out of the oven. When my husband asked about cinnamon raisin bagels, he was told to come back in a couple of hours and there would be a dozen ready for him. Sure enough, when we came back a warm dozen packed in a paper bag with two separate plastic bags was ready for pick up. The two gentlemen behind the counter were very friendly and accommodating, the bagels are doughy and delicious, just the way we like them. We will definitely return to Beaubien Bagels every time we come back to Montréal!

Really rude and bad service. Got treated like i am crazy expecting fresh bagels at opening hour. Start 30min earlier or open 30min later, don't make people believe they can get fresh bagels at 7!

Been a customer for 6 years. Bagels are OKish. Customer service has never been great. On our last visit, they very rudely refused to give my spouse a receipt because amount was "only 5$". Not going back after this.

Being a Montreal resident of 4 years, these are the best bagels and best service in the city as far as I’m concerned. The employees are always sociable and friendly and the bagels have a slight sweetness that makes me prefer them over the shops in the mille end.

I've been getting my bagels there for the last 25 years but since about a year or so, they are always undercooked. I bought half a dozen 3 times in the past 10 months, and they were all undercooked, the last batch being so bad I couldn't even cut them. At this point it's not even safe to eat. It's sad as it used to best, I don't know what made it change. ..

Good bagel in general. From outside look and from the name of Commerce then clients get confuse and think that is only good for the morning eating like breakfast no more. But when you go inside then you see that they do offer dishes for lunch and dinner as well. They should change the name of Commerce or to do more advertisement in order to get more clients

Worst customer experience in a long time, attitude from the employee upon entering, answer meanly to simple question. Even tells me me to enter myself the amount in the machine cause he couldn't be bothered. Bagels were good hence the 3 stars
