We had a few hiccups and disconnects and ended up not completing the entire job due to unforeseen circumstances but Daniel was very helpful. The handyman who came to my house was also very friendly and did his best to help me. I think the concept is great and much needed and I wish the company to succeed!
I doubt if I will use this service again. First of all I was given an appointment on A Friday at 3:30 pm. No one came. I left a message the following day on the answering machine and never got a reply. On the following Tuesday we took out the old dishwasher ourselves and started installing the new one. At the end of the afternoon we got a phone call from the handyman saying he would not be there until around 7 pm We were not expecting him and had the new one almost completely hooked up. However since my husband who is 78 was tired I said he could stop by to help with the last remaining steps. He said we needed another plumbing part since the one we had wasn't adequatel. I went to buy it while he completed the other things left to do. I'm still not sure why it took him two hours to complete the job. My son, who lives out of town, said we were taken in. Also, I was never told about the $30 charge for coming to the house when I called.
Excellent service! Francois was on time, completed everything on my pretty long list of jobs and tidied up after himself. I will definitely call on you again.
Never returned my call. Not happy.
