Excellent place with a good selection and reasonable prices. Owner very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended a visit.
Very disappointed based on my experience last weekend. Bought a few records, including a REM album which had sticker on which read ‘many marks, no jumps’ and was assured by the owner record did not skip at all. Got home and played it, on one side just keeps skipping and needle won’t move on. Clearly a massive skipping issue! Other record bought was really dirty and lots of crackles/pops and very warped, despite being assured it had been cleaned. When asked to sort out the shop owner simply said, “Bring it back” but we live 2 hours away. No offer for refund or to post back. Be very careful making any purchases from here! My stylus got broken cuz record broke it

Fantastic shop, especially for the more obscure still stocking most if not all genres. The record selection is always tempting, undoubtedly I'll come out with something. Prices on trade and sale are always fair. Knowledge is on hand when needed. I've often found things that have been missing on ebay and the wider internet turn up here so worth having a look every time. A real gem in this part of Norwich.
Bought and sold records at Beatniks on a few occasions, John’s a very knowledgeable guy and always a pleasure to do business with.
This place is the best record shop in Norwich. Great selection of records, CDs and DVDs and very knowledgeable staff.
