Laurel did my family's income tax for decades and always provided a friendly, fast and accurate service. When I tried contacting her today via email, I received this. "It is with great sadness that I let you know Laurel passed away on August 12, 2017." Very sad, indeed. We will miss her very much. Rest in peace, Laurel.
Where is the owner? She has not done our taxes yet won't release any of our tax documents. Never answers calls. Office is always closed. I've been calling since April.
Awful service, screws my grandma around for 6 months. If you are sick get somebody to take care of your business don't treat your customers like dirt. Please do not go here. Waste of time - PLEASE GIVE BACK PEOPLES DOCUMENTS
