Had a scheduled appointment to talk about doing our wedding here. The event coordinator never showed up. She emailed us later that night to tell us she was working in the kitchen and forgot. Mind you, after 10 min we called, emailed, and asked the restaurant hostess for her. Left after 25 min. This was our first impression. I'll pass thanks.

Tried to tour the venue for an upcoming event. Absolutely horrible experience. Booked a tour, waited around for 15-20 minutes while trying to figure out where to go (there was a lack of signs). Passed by countless employees, none of which asked if they could help (even after their 2nd and 3rd pass). Emailed and called the event coordinator, no answer. Finally found the hostess and asked where we could find the event coordinator. Found the event coordinator's office, she wasn't there. Waited outside the office for another 5-10 minutes and she never showed (again we were passed by employees). We left feeling quite angry. Roughly 45 minutes after the start of our schedule tour we received an email "apologizing" as she stated she was assisting in the kitchen, which was across the hall. She also asked if we, by chance, looked around, liked what we saw, and wanted to schedule another tour. Worst first impression ever! So unprofessional. Never going back and would not recommend to anyone.
