Terrible customer service twice over in terms of sub contracting for Reliance Home Comfort. Went an entire weekend without hot water, having to call repeatedly, being told they were "too busy", and "tomorrow is sunday . . . " They showed up very late with no courtesy call or apology. Very rude. I as well would suggest another company if you'd like proper/courteous service.

This company is a sub-contractor for Home Reliance Comfort, and failed to show up to their appointment. We spoke on the phone at noon, and I waited by my door for 5 hours and not even so much as a phone call to cancel the appointment or tell me why he bailed. I would strongly suggest another company if you want proper service.
