I visited this location yesterday evening and I am quite impressed by the drinks and service provided. I do not live around this area and was located near this shop after navigating around the city. I was served by two wonderful young ladies who provided me great service and divine bubble teas. Overall I loved the drinks, atmosphere, and customer service. Way to go! Will definitely come back again thank you!

I would give Bean & Pearl a 3/5. I came when they first opened as I was really excited for a bubble tea place to be opened in Brampton, FINALLY! The drinks were super good and I was super addicted!! Even though me and my friends had to wait for almost 30 minutes to get our drinks, it was worth the wait. However, now I feel like the drinks don't taste as good as they started off. I tried the Hokkaido, Classic Milk Tea, Matcha, Cookies and Cream, Taro and Mango. Most of the drinks taste bland now - diluted and no sweetness. There is not much flavor to the drinks like before and the tapioca has no flavor or sweetness to it at all.

Nice cozy café. I ordered a latte and 3 for $1 cookies. Try dipping them in your latte and it tastes like heaven. Sometimes they will host paint nights and live music nights with local artists. Great vibe overall 👌🏽

just purchased mango milk tea with tapioca. because it was my 1st time i stuck with a flavour i usually get, service was fast. my drink....soo yummy. can't wait to go back and try another flavour. I love this spot. and kudos to the soul music in the cafe. love it!

Lovely place. Taro coconut is my absolute favourite tea. Cookies and cream too
