Great yachting club, on a very nice location. Club bar has a terrace overlooking the marina and lake, in shade of few big trees. There is also a proper clubhouse in an older, protected building.nMost boats are sailboats, only a few motorboats so quite peaceful and quiet.nClub is very well managed, very responsive to inquiries. Also has an excellent sailing school program, including adult courses.
For members only, beautiful location for a relaxing break to enjoy a cool beer and leisurely boat ride.
BYC is a special place. It is a yacht club with great assets. The harbour is safe, well protected. Racers have ample opportunity to compete regularly. Cruisers enjoy immediate access to the widest part of Lac St Louis. A little, historic stone building serves as the clubhouse set in a wonderful green space. The property is high on a hill where you can sit, easily overlooking the harbour, the lake, and weather conditions on the water. A shipwright has his workshop right on site. The club is well managed, and racing and cruising sailors are friendly and helpful. BYC is a special getaway right on the island of Montreal.
The best place for nice views and a good meal.
Family-friendly and a great space. Good racing and facilities.
