This beach was a pleasant surprise. For those who live in Montreal, don't have a car, and like a quiet stroll, it was a real find!!! We went by public transportation, it took a little over an hour, the walk is super calm and easy. The beach is very pretty, it's small, but the water was lovely. There are rocks on the edge, so be careful when you go in, normally after a certain depth there are no more rocks, I believe it's about 1.60m. There were no lifeguards there, so it's good to be responsible and careful. There are portable toilets, which is what we used to change, the infrastructure is simpler than some other places I've been, but I loved the space. It's pet-friendly, so there were some dogs there. Oh, and there was a drinking water machine to fill your bottle, which I hadn't seen at the other beaches I've been to. There's also plenty of shade. The strip of sand isn't the biggest, they have a little playground for kids right by the water, it's a very family-friendly place. Barbecuing is not allowed there.
Fantastic view and a great location, where you can just go, relax, and chill. Great restaurants in the vicinity as well. Highly recommended.
Great place.. there’s park and open place to play small games. Good sitting place.. lots of benches and greenery everywhere.. mostly shadows of trees makes this place so calming even in hot summer..
I really liked this small beach We were lucky that there was very few people. There is a lot of parking and it is free : We will be back again during the week days to have a peaceful time.
Nice area with a playground and sand to play in. It has an accessible swing.
