Customer Service ***** Vicki - The accounting clerk was quick to respond to my application request, and very polite. - - Reviewer Response - - I can agree with the other reviewer that the water does have an interesting taste too it, however owning two different homes, in two different water districts, I can tell you I'd prefer this water over the extremely chlorinated water I get at my other residence. This is easily solved with a home water filter, and likely not the water companies fault, in most situations. I found at my other residence when i replaced my plumbing most of my issues with water taste aside from the chlorination were resolved. That said, I don't love nor hate the taste of Beacon Hill's water at present. I will update this review periodically as my customer experience evolves with Beacon Hill. My upfront impressions however are great sofar,

Pathetic. I’ve been trying to call for weeks with no answer or even an answer to why they refuse to answer my calls. They’ll tell me how much my bill is but won’t let me pay it. And won’t leave me a call or message back. 0 missed calls from them while they have well over 20 missed calls from me. In a single day. Its sad. If there was anything less than 1 star this place deserves it. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN.

Thanks for warning us about not being able to pay our bill online for the month of April after the bill is already do.

I am unhappy with the price of the water service, but more importantly the water is disgusting and is confirmed that there is bacteria in it!!!
