Beacon Dollar Plus Store

Awful experience at this store, I asked them to have my balloons be ready by 4:30 and I arrive later on and they were not filled with helium and had to wait additional time. Owner is so rude and everything is over priced.

Super rude staff and the owner kept on telling me to not touch stuff if I wasn't gonna buy that item and the items are so low quality and very expensive. Do not recommend this place.

Very poor place. Not kids friendly. Lady on the counter does not know how to treat with customers and kids. She does not let you to touch and see things before buying them. Excuse me MADAM you need to attend some lessons in customer service. Every customer has right to check things before buying them. I know its a dollar store even then we don’t want to take broken or garbage or old stuff to our home. Very Very Very Very Very RUDE. Never ever going there. It was my first and last visit and would suggest everyone to refrain from this place. Even prices are way more higher as compared to other dollar stores. Its definitely below One star as have no other option to select for review.

They have good stuffs for most parts. The issue is, every time I buy pen or corrections pens squeeze and shake there, they are dry and not working.

The worst place I have ever experienced the staff is very unprofessional they don’t know how to deal with customers. I asked for the help to show me the stuff I wanted to buy but she refused to show me and said I can’t come I am busy at front while there was nobody. This is second time happened . We will never visit this place again

Has alot of items but not always the best prices nor the best service

i bought an iphone cable $8 which frayed and burnt near the front part within 1 week. I took it back to the owner explained to her what happened. She claimed that i must have handled it roughly and it has NEVER ever happened in the history of this store. I explained to her that I was very gentle with it and was not rough with it at all. She refused to exchange it. tired of explaining i gave up so she was not believing me anything i said. bought the 2nd pair to make sure thinking who knows maybe i got a bad cable first time same issue. Not only these cheap iphone lighting made in china cables break down but they are also FIRE HAZARD. Interestingly, i ran in to one of their employee few weeks later outside at another place, i casually asked her if those cables have issues and she told me that they heard lots of customer complaints about those iphone cables not working. hmmm. So this proves that the owner lied to me. Now i work in customer service also, and this is NOT the way you should handle a customer issue by saying that "this has never ever happened before" big NO NO. This store has lost my business and all my future friends business because of this issue. Also fax costs $1 per page, if you have to send a fax , go to the public library and they do it for free.

Wow this store has it all wow Would love to see more supply of mason jars big and small and big ones silver lids mason written on the front I use to buy them there all the time but now they have become very popular I think and they they all out is it possible to get more in I started doing my pantry renovation and now can not finish really cause I can no longer get those great mason Jars would like to see them again at your store so then I can finish my pantry

2 prices on an item. They argue the higher price is right. Seriously over 25c Legislation clearly states within limits the lower price prevails.
