This place has great potential but it was just awful. We were 6 people visiting on Saturday evening and we waited 1 hour for our food. The place wasn't even full. Management is cheap. They gave us 2 ketchup packets per 3 people and they said they ran out of ketchup. When we went inside to pay because the card machine didn't work outdoors, we saw a box full of ketchup packets. Appetizers came after the main dish and the poutine never came so we had to cancel it. The fries were cold and not salted. The coleslaw was too sour. The fish was actually good. The owner took a video of the people seated at the patio and when they asked why he didn't ask for their consent he yelled at them and told them "I'm the owner, if you don't like this leave". He never apologised to them or to anyone else. This is the worst reaction I've seen. The only good thing about this place is the friendly servers and the icecream.
I’ve been here once but it was honestly amazing. The atmosphere is so comforting and homely and the servers are SO polite! Highly recommend! This place is so underrated but i had such a good experience there that I literally had to write a review. The menu isn’t boring either. Honestly I don’t even know what exactly I ate but I might go back and ask because it was DELECTABLE! Please don’t sleep on this place!!! Amazing food and amazing atmosphere

If you’re ever in Crystal Beach during the summer, make sure to visit Beach House for some ice-cream and milkshakes and the best service on the strip.
They make great pizza and is great for kids at the beach. Just across the road. My girls loved their pizza today and brought it to the beach to eat. Nice!
Very slow service. Only 3 tables occupied outside. Took forever for our order to be taken and then another forever to get our food. I think our waitress was stressed out as she dropped my salad I ordered Caesar & she brought me Greek had to go back and get me another Greek because I would have had to wait again for them to make a Caesar. She didn't charge me for the salad but I didn't want her to pay for it out of her pocket so I gave her a $10.00 tip. The kitchen needs to speed it up. the food wasn't that great either. My salad was the size of a side salad.
We had an amazing time here the staff were super friendly and the food was amazing!! Service was a little slow BUT service is slow everywhere right now, people are short staffed. Even then our food came out hot and delicious so while it wasn’t super fast I actually don’t mind. We are on vacation, not in a rush. My group agreed we would much rather have slower service and amazing food then fast service and mediocre food. Our girls got pizzas and we got burgers. This is probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Drool worthy! With the pretzel bun and the perfect spices I can’t wait to have another! If you are in town I definitely recommend it.
When I first saw that the Beach House had opened up within such close proximity to the beach, I was excited to go and see what they had to offer. However, what I discovered was food that was overpriced compared to the taste and portion size. For example, the fries were average, nothing amazing but not terrible, however to pay $5 and get hardly any fries is in my opinion not worth it. As well, when we went to purchase our food, the cashier did not have enough change so I was unable to get my change back. As a restaurant, I would think you would have enough change to compensate your customers. While it is a nice restaurant and has a great location, I’d rather drive a little farther to get better quality food.
Service was very slow we went inside then sat ourselves outside on patio. Took forever for someone to bring us a menu as soon as the menu came we ordered drinks again took forever food yes took forever to come out and wasn't great. My recommendation is to go 2 min down the street much better spots
