Dr. Hoekstra and Dr. Dittaro were both very warm and personable. They explained everything very clearly and really put me at ease. At no time did I feel like I was just another chart to them; they took the time to examine and review go over my results with me and were very helpful. If either Dr. Hoekstra or Dr. Dittaro were taking on new patients, I would not hesitate to go with either as my permanent family physician. The clinic itself was clean and welcoming and the front desk was very professional. It really feels like everyone there cares about each and every person that walks through their doors.
Stopped in at clinic Friday oct. 20 ,i have lived in peach land 12 years. I had a serious pain in my left side and was told by the reception it is not a walk in clinic any more, doctors not taking new patients,there is a new doctor starting soon.The problem I'm having is that she told me to go to west bank. by the way they have an ad in peach land view that they are accepting new patients, make up your mind. She never asked if i was having a serious medical issue or could be having a heart attack for all she knew, seems very inconsiderate to me and very unprofessional. Larry Lyon
