Very disappointing customer service. The employee I dealt with, Alexandra Kirkpatrick, was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a raised voice. I felt I was treated without basic respect or professionalism. Everyone has stressful days, but customers, visitors, and delivery drivers deserve to be spoken to politely. I hope management addresses this and improves the level of customer service at this location.
This driver block the driveway and even assaulted the person who told him not to do that.
driver was cutting through traffic without signals & cut me off aggressively near Patullo bridge around 12:30PM earlier today, I COULD HAVE CRASHED had to swerve. Reported plate to police 00972K.
I wish if there was -ve rating for the staff @window.No sense to communicate.Never had a quick unloading.They require professionalism only but they forget about it when serving.Funniest part was scamming @time,there stamp machine was behind by 10 minutes.lol #silly#poor
