Not going and bash the bank, cause most of the higher up's probably don't know case by case. But had an arrogant lil wana be joe fresh Nicolas Angelkatis who talked a good game and lots of bla bla bla!! Brags on how its 5 years hes a director there but when i asked for equipment options, he didn't even know what equipment was!! Real joke! Tryed to make a complaint but that led to nothing, so might as well air myself out!! Good luck with these guys!! Your going to need it!!
Walked around this area enjoying the big city and it's buildings. Parked at the back waiting for friends. Not much traffic on the side street I was on. Just driving around looking around. Stay safe out there people!
BDC came into my store and gave a very enticing sales pitch for a business loan. Everything went smoothly and it seemed like the loans were approved and I could move forward. I sent them many documents which seemed relevant to getting a business loan. Once they had received all these documents, all communication stopped. They became very elusive!!! Arifin, who was the original person of contact, never followed up, even though he said he would be there for every step. After a month of no contact, I finally got ahold of someone, just to be told “You told us you wanted to cancel”. No such words were ever said! Now they have all this information about me and my business! They are a total scam! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Gave me the wrong number, some scam number, trying to get me to buy something, then trying to charge $3 to get the "right" number. Agent hung up on me when i called back. Previously the agent said i was looking for the Business Development Center, not the Business Developement Bank but they are listed as both online.
I was unlucky to deal with your employee. He kept sending me automatic messages as an answer for my questions...not professionnal at all.
