This was the first time we had our furnace changed in over 30 years. After shopping around we found a hassle-free, honest, and dependable company. BCRC did not only give us a competitive price, they did the workman with such professionalism. After the installation of the new furnace, I had pointed out a couple of issues that I wanted corrected and they did so without complaint, hesitation and even provided that service complimentary. I would recommend this top notch family established business to anyone who would like kind, respectful and prompt service.
My 21years old furnace broke down earlier this year and I was going to get it looked at and have it repaired before the fall. I happened to see a pop up BCRC ad for furnaces and air conditioners service and repairs while playing one of my games online, so I decided to give this company a call. I got hold of Andy and he set up two of his Tech to come to check what is wrong with my furnace two days later. Adam one of the tech happened to asked if I heard of the gov rebates for upgrades on gas furnaces to electric heat pump furnace. He explained to me that I will qualify for this program and if I decide to do this, he will make sure i will get all the help with the application and assured me that I will be happy with the services BCRC provides.nBeing a retired technician myself, I have nothing but praise at how professional BCRC team of technicians that showed up to get my new furnace installed. Tony, Andy and Fred the sub electrician was so willing to answer all my concerns from start to finish of the job. They also did a fantastic clean up before leaving my place.nI will recommend without hesitation BCRC heating company to anyone who needs to have their furnace and cooling system work done. Thanks again.
