Called customer service, waited for an hour in the queue, phone rang 5 times then the dial tone - awful. A small business would sink within weeks if this was the level of service that they provided. Another corporate example of the shareholder being the true focal point of the business.
Terrible service, been 10 months im trying to get what my contract mention. Escalate case manager don't take in-call. Learn the lesson you never get what u been told with Bell.
Worst internet company in Canada.
Been a clstumer over 12 years never once was i satisfied. Whether it was replacing a defected cell or trying to decrease monthly bill. Bell just cares not for its costumers. Never have amd probably never will. Just another corporate vampire.
