In and out in less than 15 minutes to renew car insurance. They were all wearing masks. They had free coffee and seat for waiting. Big spacious area with air conditioning. Appt booking available but for 4 days hence. I will be back next year
Add my name to the numerous one star reviews for the telephone service provided by CAA Courtenay. You guys have a serious customer service problem. You have no respect for your clients time. After 45 minutes of listening to your repeated canned comments that my call is in the cue, I finally had had enough. My ire is with the management of this office also with the provincial office who allow their branches to treat clients worse than sheep.
1 hour wait every time we go there. Receptionist took my husbands name and phone number. When we hadn’t received a call at the hour mark, he went in. Only to be told that his name had free out of the queue and he could be re-added. We left! We have our house, 2 vehicles and our trailer with this location. We went to the local insurance company and he was in and out in minutes. Thanks for wasting our time.
BCAA service is getting worse every year. I phoned and am still waiting on hold. It has been well over an hour. No option for a call back offered. I am pretty sure the store has now closed and I am still waiting on hold to speak to someone. "My call will be answered in priority sequence" seems unlikely at this point.
I went to this office today & it took 18 min to pick up a map. 8 of the 9 service stations were vacant. I do believe that people have to eat but do they all have to eat at the same time? We have been so disappointed in this office for several months now. One would hardly be expected to make an appointment to simply pick up a map. The appointment requirement may be necessary in large centres like VAncouver & Victoria but it is extremely frustrating for older folk & that is what the Comox Valley is comprised of. Give your heads a shake & lets put the word SERVICE back into your system.
Was able to get in right away to renew insurance. Agents always friendly and knowledgeable.
The passport photographer was incredibly patient while allowing me to hold her camera, as I snapped multiple photos of my ASD kiddo, while he tried on multiple resistance tactics. Thank you, Emily!
