Busses are easy and great to take unless the driver does not see you. The fare is cheap although no bills or change back. Insides could be a lot cleaner, especially the seats and floors. Not to mention plenty of the drivers are pretty friendly as well.

Bus drivers , not including two, are rude to the point of being bullys. I don't recommend anyone from out of town use transit here. Its embarrassing.

In all honesty I really like the Vernon transit the bus drivers are very friendly and kind and helpful.

poor, I got cut off by bus 9917 on Mission Hill while riding my bike in the bike lane.. I wrote an official complaint to Vernon Transit on April 4, no response as of over 2 weeks . Safety I guess is not a concern of Vernon Transit, be careful if you on a bike. Peter MacLachlan
