Ordered online. Estimated time it would be done was 6:08. I arrived at 6:10. My pizzas weren’t even made yet. Was told 10 minutes they would be done. I finally got my pizza at 6:38. I can understand 10 or 15 extra minutes not not 30. This is not the first time this has happened to me here. I will probably not be back.
Love BC Pizza!! Their menu is full of options. All of which are very good. The staff is very friendly and prompt. I have dined in and have done take out... Both are great!! Keep up the good work BC Pizza!
Dinner was horrible. It was horrible customer service. They over charged three of our families by $10.00. They gave us the wrong food also. I’ve been here one time before about two years ago. We sat inside for an hour waiting for our dine in pizza but it never came. Our pizza sat in the back of the restaurant for over an hour. They gave it to us cold and never gave us our money back or remade our food. They over charged but gave us bread sticks on “accident” because they heard us talking to each other about being over charged. I’m never coming back here .
I tried to order on the app, didn't work...called in order and guy was rude. Delivery driver was sweet and earlier than expected. But then I was charged 3 more times from the app 2 days later. Did get $$ back, but never heard back from manager about any of it. Pizza was not as good as it used to be either. Overall not a very good experience
Pizza joint that always gives us good food yes the wait times are a lil longer but have you had a hot n ready lately? Writing this reveiw because there was this horrible rude karen that came in there and got her pizza exactly 6:38 telling the girl it was 30 mins over her eta pick up time she will never be back etc. Theres a labor shortage and theyre making your dinner instead of you cooking. So this is to counteract that sheetty karen and her possible 1 star review i would not want her as customer treat people fairly. Food is great people are nice perfect lil pizza joint. Keep it up guys.
Staff overwhelmed. Not enough. One person at counter is not enough. Way too busy to expect 1 person to handle. Always great food though and good service from those there. Just simply need more bodies at counter.Food: 5/5
Loved the bread sticks. Enjoyed the pizza. The kids serving needed a supervisor badly. There were very few customers but the staff couldn't be bothered to stop horsing around in the kitchen long enough to answer the phone which rang often and repeatedly until the callers hung up. I assumed the owner would like to know, but I was mistaken.
First time , and there pizza is awsome. We will so the drive 45 minutes there that good. So yes give them a try . Vegetarian options: Excellent veggie choice Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
Pizza was good. Honestly, the pepperoni pizza was better than the supreme one. The Greek salad was delicious. Prices are a little high, but maybe we should have asked about any deals that were running.
I use to love B.C. pizza but this location have disappointed more then once now! Wait almost 2 hours everytime for a pizza an when it arrives its cold there is no sauce on it . Strictly a product of people who don't care about there jobs I won't be ordering Again !
