I've been trying to get my BC Medical for the past year. They told me to get my birth certificate, which I did and have waited numerous times in the office, but still no go. Another 90 minutes of my time today that I'll never get back If there was another place I'd go. I think I'll go to Hazelton to see if they can help me. I wish I could give zero stars.
I went in to get a Photo BC Services Card set up and the front desk staff told me she can do it but it would take a week. She said online would be faster. I said ok and tried to get information online. The directions to get a card online say "Visit an ICBC driver licensing office and confirm you're a B.C. resident, They'll take your photo, Your Photo BC Services Card will be sent to you in the mail". Its frustrating because I now have to wait a week to go in again on my only day off and ask the exact same thing. Am I just not finding the correct link to order one online?

Short staffed, but quick service. Book an appointment on line before you go.
Fantastic service. Very helpful. Covid precautions are set up for everyone's safety. Make sure to check the hours. They are on reduced hours opening at 9, instead of 8:30.
