Pretty basic terminal. The washrooms are not in the waiting room but in the building where you buy your ticket get the code from the cashier.

Wonderful experience on the ferry to Cortes Island.
This is a photo of Direct Art Gallery in Tyee Plaza. This place has an incredible selection of artists and enlargement photos. On this day and in this photo Robert Bateman was signing prints and books for visitors. A number of his collections were on display. The place was packed with a long lineup waiting for his signatures. Personally I'd prefer visiting this place when there's more room to view the art on the wall. Looking at art in the wall should be a personal thing. Asking what the art says to me personally is better done without crowds of distraction.
Awesome ride but you can get 1-4 sailing wait because locals have priority. Sometimes just locals get on the ferry!!!
Busy, busy; if you don't get there early enough you've got to wait for the next ferry! Had to wait over a few hours by the time they unload, then reload it takes time! Lucky I was only going across to see what it was like on Quadra Island!
Garbage...some nice people, horrible policies and systems in place
OK, so you're waiting for a ferry in a parking lot. Not that exciting, but the ferry employees try to make it pleasant by keeping things organized
You got to love the smaller ferries that go to the all of the little islands. Check out the website for trip packages.
Way over priced, from the food to the travel to an from the island, considering it's our only way off Vancouver island BC ferries holds people hostage with price hikes making it some times hard to travel for people who can't necessarily afford it
