Like the name of the restaurant “ Bbq chicken “ their specialty is chicken. We ordered Honey garlic Wings , it was GOOD, the portion enough for 2people 9 pcsWe asked if we can do two flavors but they wont let you. I know it a business they try to sell as much wings as possible, but 18wings is just too much for 2 people and they have so much flavors i want to try. The fries rice and tokboki is just okay. The couple next to us asked for half and half also, they end up getting two orders and both had to asked for a doggie bag.
A great K bbq spot because: 1. Boneless wings are actually real boneless wings, NOT nuggets 2. Rose Taekbokki is just great 3. Takoyaki is great - slightly crispy outer, creamy savory inner w/ octopus piece 4. Prices are very fair 5. On nice evenings, garage door is opened for airy dining experience 6. Staff was very nice on both occasions I was there.
They have a robot server. Wish it would've delivered my wings. Lots of good options for drinks and food. They have beer and Boba what else do you need? Oh yea wings are super delish. That crunch, ugh, gives American wings a run for their money. The sauces are fresh and wet. Kpop sets the vibe with open garage doors giving you a beautiful view of a sunsetting mountain.
Great variety of food and drinks! Waiters were attentative, during a busy weekend night. Small outside eating area, but spacious dining room. Will be back!Food: 4/5
This visit got: So Ddeok So Ddeok Gang-Jeong Fried An order of the So Ddeok was just 1 stick ... and, let me say, I could have finished probably at least 5 of those in 1 seating. Love love love the rice cakes which were crispy and chewy. The sausages tasted like those Li'l Smokies and I personally, love those. However, I would pay a bit more if they added more of the rice cake ratio vs the sausages as they were simply delicious! The sauce drizzle has a little bit of kick to it but, very mild. First time to try the Gang-Jeong fried also and again !, it was ! Also had to-go of: Kimchi Fried Rice Cheesling fried WOW !...the Cheesling Fried was soooo good ! even re-heated . I can just guarantee, even better freshly ordered and eaten at the restaurant. It just has the right sweetness, but, still very good. So far, have tried/tasted about 5 of their chicken flavors namely: Galbi Soy Garlic Gangnam Gang-Jeong Cheesling I have to say, all are excellent! You won't go wrong ordering any of the above. I, on the other hand, will be back to have a try of the other flavors. Will reiterate !!! that bb.q Chicken is a MUST try/visit. ------------------- First visit. Let me start with ... A MUST dining destination! Went on a weekend, just as they opened. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Love love love Korean fried and bb.q Chicken is 5-. They offer more varieties so, a definite return is guaranteed. We ordered: Kimchi Fried Rice Takoyaki Fries and for the fried : Galbi Soy Garlic oh, and by the way, a to-go of: Kimchi Fried Rice Gangnam-style EVERYTHING was excellent The chicken varieties catering to everyone from NO-heat to lovers. If you are new to Korean food, I would recommend, start with the Chicken but, try the Kimchi Rice as well. My only regret is they do not offer my favorite drink of choice - . But, to have that food, coffee can be set aside. Cannot stress enough that bb.q Chicken is a MUST! Wheelchair accessibility: Parking, Entrance and restaurant dining is spaced out for accessibility.
I was so excited to find the familier named franchise Korean chicken restaurant! Checken and pickled radish were on point. Ordered bone in Fried, original secret sauce wings and the Galbi bone less. The Galbi was my favorite super crispy and smoky flavor. For the side, had a Kimch fried rice and sausage-rice cake on stick. Rice cake was a bit too hard but they were good too.
The service here is very good! Everyone is very attentive, and kind. I had the Gangnam style boneless, and it was just the right amount of crispy and meat. The chicken reminds me of when I had fried chicken in Korea. I’m definitely going to come more often!
Omg my new favorite chicken place!! I’ve always wanted to try authentic Korean fried chicken and I’m so glad to have found this place!! The food is so good and the service was wonderful, thank you to our server Angelina and Leilani for making my first experience so wonderful :DFood: 4/5
I recently dined at this Korean BBQ restaurant, and I have some mixed feelings about the experience. Cons: Portion Sizes: One of the main drawbacks of this place is the portion sizes. They serve way too much food, which can be overwhelming. Smaller portions would be appreciated for those who can't finish a huge meal. Flavor Balance: The flavors of the dishes lean towards being overly sweet and spicy. This made it difficult to fully enjoy the food as it felt like we could only manage a bite or two due to the extreme tastes. Pricey: Another downside is the high prices. My bill for two dishes, a drink, and fries came out to around $50, which felt quite expensive considering the portion sizes and flavor issues. Pros: Unique Experience: On a positive note, they have a cool robot that delivers the food to your table. It adds a fun and unique element to the dining experience. Friendly Service: The staff provided friendly and attentive service, which did improve the overall experience. In all honesty, my review might be influenced by my lack of familiarity with Korean BBQ, but overall, it was an unpleasant experience due to the excessive portions, unbalanced flavors, and high prices. However, the novelty of the food-delivering robot and the friendly service were notable highlights.
Bb.q chicken in Aurora, Colorado is even better than one in Texas. The waitresses, Angelina and Leilani are pretty nice and I enjoyed my foods
