Came in today with my partner to learn about strollers and car seats. The associate Cassandra took the time to walk us through all of our options and didn’t just try to steer us to the most expensive items as was the case with another store we visited we went through all the models and features and she even brought them out to our car to see how they fit in the truck. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. Even though we weren’t ready to purchase we were still treated well and left with a little gift bag with samples and a tote. Thank.
The products for the most part are very overpriced but that is fair game in my opinion. I’m a fan of retail stores and they have overhead costs to consider. The trouble is that BB-buggy positions themselves as a high end retailer. In order To be considered a high end retailer the customer expects a basic level of customer service - which is sadly non existent. I regret investing in this business as a customer. Through three visits over the course of two months, I purchased over $300 of marked up merchandise. The last product I bought was an expensive magnet book that I though based on the price would be of quality materials when I took off the cellophane at home I realized immediately it wasn’t what I had expected and I figured I would return it for store credit. When I brought it back to the store to do just that, the associate who went on so say she was also the store manager blankly stared at me like I was on another planet. It was an embarrassing and confusing experience to say the least. There was no effort to speak by way of professionalism or customer care. Thankfully there are other places to shop. I’m posting this to help other shoppers avoid the trap of thinking this company has costumer care or costumer service.
Large, bright store. Well merchandised with a large selection of products. Wonderful displays for the products and the whole store has a modern, spacious feel. BUT, The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I spent about 20 minutes in the store and not a single associate greeted me, let alone asked if I needed help. There were at least four people working. None of them had any interest in greeting me or acknowledging my presence in anyway. It was a Saturday...but only one couple was in the store. So the staff really had opportunity to at least say hi to me or ask if I needed help... In fact one worker was training an employee...made eye contact with me multiple times but I guess she thought it was more important to train her coworker than prioritize customer service and say a quick hello. The ironic part was; the information the trainer was sharing with her co-worker was wrong...but hey, who cares? I won’t be shopping here again. There are much more conveniently located baby stores with the same selection of products if not better and...every other retail store I go to; staff makes an effort to acknowledge customers and offer assistance.
Amazing staff that know their stuff. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all items and brands. Appreciate their honesty and advice. Store has all the good brands, high quality. Great spot!
Super helpful staff, always willing to help and answer questions. Being our first child, the service was important to us. The variety of products on the floor is amazing.
Relative to other baby stores, I find BB Buggy to be a much more calm and enjoyable shopping experience. The staff are always helpful and patient. We've purchased items from stroller muffs to high chairs at this location, and are always pleased with our purchases.
My husband and I are soon to be new parents. We went into the store to get some info on strollers and car seats and were overwhelmed with all the options. However, Jessica, one of the employees, was so quick to help and explain in detail every little question we had. We left after about an hour feeling so well informed and beyond happy with the help and information provided to us. I would highly recommend going in store and working with Jessica as she is a wealth of knowledge!
The staff were so helpful and patient. They had showed us every option of stroller and were truely great. We will be back for sure to grab more stuff for the baby.
Great experiance. Highly recomanded it was first time visiting that store.. Cassandara she helped us it was pleasure to meet here.
Not the most welcoming experience. Thought I’d check the place out. Prices are bit higher than some of the other stores I’ve visited.
