I do not live in Parry Sound but travel here often for cottage time and to visit family. I am always very pleased with my service. It starts with the reception when you first call the dealership the lady who answers the phone I believe her name is Janice, is always very pleasant and helpful. Chris in service is always very attentive and honest with his customers. I trust the advice I am given and the work is done in a timely manner. Over the years I have dealt with many dealerships, when purchasing a vehicle or having it serviced and I have to say that Parry Sound Chev Olds is the best!
Amazing service at this place! We were traveling from Sudbury to Toronto and developed an issue with our tires. Chris kindly offered to take us in immediately upon arrival in Parry Sound even though it was so late in the afternoon and they were able to resolve the issue entirely so we could feel safe finishing our trip. We can’t thank them enough for helping us out on the fly and it didn’t even take an hour!
Amazing staff! Got the truck fixed with a walk in while away on vacation. Was definitely expecting MAYBE a diagnosis but they squeezed it in to look and fixed it! Great customer service. We will definitely be back if we need more work done while here. I wish I knew more people in the area to send here.
I was in on November 3rd, 2022 for some service that was recommended by Chevrolet, but I procrastinated and the warning message came up. Fortunately for me, even in the crazy busy tire changing season, Chris was able to expedite an urgent appointment for me, got me in and out quickly. Thank you, Chris and the whole team, I had a great service experience and will definitely recommend your team to anyone looking for outstanding service.
Chris, the Service Manager, is the best! He gets a call 2 hours before closing from a couple of travellers, stressed about the shaking in the steering wheel. We were 1 hour away, but he said, “Drop in on your way and I will do my best “. Well, he did do his best, and at closing time we were back on our way, with no more shaking. The car was a pleasure to drive once more! Thanks to the mechanic who worked his magic on those wheels. So pleased to have found you when it looked hopeless that anyone could do the work so we could continue on our trip reassured.
John and Brandy are wonderful! My husband and I purchased a 2017 Equinox and we just love it! They made the vehicle purchase enjoyable and easy. We received excellent service not only from Brandy and John but also from the whole team in the service department. Thanks!!!

Had an issue with my truck and they were so great as to tell me to come on in and they would squeeze me in to take a look at it to ensure everything was ok. Was thrilled that they could see me same day. The staff is always so pleasant and great to deal with, couldn't ask for a better place! Just what our town needs!
This location lacks communication and courteous treatment of their potential buyers. I reported the lack of communication and requested clarification on their policy on covering our rental while we waited for a response since November 3rd. Not one vehicle was shown to us. The manager was rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice, and said that their salesperson did not tell me about the delays with the shipment of vehicles and/or chips etc. He stated that I should already know of the worldwide shortage. He said, “don’t you go to the grocery store and see the shortage”. I am not purchasing a whole chicken from his company; I am looking for a vehicle. Next time please communicate with your potential buyer and provide better customer service. Zero stars is my rating. I had to put one to be able to post.
Was nice to be greeted with a hello at the service counter. Booked a date for a safety on my vehicle & it was done ahead of time. Nice to see Chris Campbell working there as I used to drive to Barrie & now will stay in Parry Sound.
