Called to take my cat in because of an emergency - she had either gotten into gasoline or been doused with it and wasn't eating. Was told they prefer to keep emergency open for their own patients and to go to my vet half an hour away compared to the 5 minutes away they were. Don't waste your time calling this vet in case of emergency.
