I was very well taken care of by the professional and thoughtful staff at Baystate Dental Springfield. They perform dental work with a high standard of care and thoughtfulness. The staff and doctor were very patient with me in answering all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing dental work. Thanks again!

Wonferful office, very clean and welcoming. All of the staff are friendly and kind. My absolute favorite dentist of all time!!!!!

The professionalism superseded my expectations. The place is very clean and the staff is incredible. The customer service is like no other dentist or medical facility I've been to. I would recommend this place to everyone. I can smile again!

Martha always makes me feel so comfortable before and after an appointment. This place is always on time and courteous! I love it so much ! I recommend everyone to this office.
