Dr was great, reception was great! But, beware! Scam like billing!! You will receive micro bills many months later and processing a payment is nearly impossible!! The MyChart payment processing service "has been down for 6 weeks now and we have no idea when it will work again" - their words not mine! Dr. was actually great. Front desk was nice. If you go here, use a false name and ID or you'll get screwed.

Never spent 45 minutes here unless it's absolutely necessary it's always been in and out. The doctors and nurses are very friendly and willing to help you in anyway. I would definitely recommend Bayshore to anyone searching for a provider.

They are amazing, I’m always in and out and they have taken great care of my children and myself, had no issues with billing and they are more then happy to chat while in the waiting room. Love this place.

Normally I spend about 30 minutes here and all the staff is always very curtious and willing to help you in any way they can. I would definitely recommend Bayshore if you're looking for a provider.

While visiting, I needed a place to have my 1yo daughter checked out for and ear infection. From calling for information to the front office staff everyone was so helpful and efficient. We were in and out in under an hour which for all the new patient stuff to the visit to getting our prescription written was impressive. Dr Matthews was very helpful and I appreciated his care of my little girl. I would definitely return if needed in the future.
