The staff at Bayly Family Practice are phenomenal. They are kind, empathetic, and generous with their time. The doctors are amazing. They listen to the issues of the patients and treat them accordingly. Overall, this is one of the best clinics that I have come across! Thank you for always looking after me and my family.
The team here at Bayly Family Practice is absolutely phenomenal - I have been without a family doctor for the past year and a few months ago hurt my wrist and needed an X-ray requisition. The amazing receptionists helped get me a quick appointment with the doctor on-call for walk in and I was in and out with requisition in hand in 15 minutes. The doctor followed up with me within 24 hours after seeing the X-ray and gave me some great follow up.nnI’m now seeing Dr. Vijeeka as my regular family doctor and she’s fantastic, thorough and understanding. So happy I was able to find this clinic
In this day and age many are desperately seeking a family doctor. to our relief we were directed to and welcomed by, Dr. Vijeeka Tharmalingam and her delightful receptionist, Lucy. At our first appointment, the Doctor was thorough and did not hesitate to refer us to a number of specialists for more in-depth investigations. The Doctor and her Staff have a sense of humour, delightful personalities and communicate effectively. We are very impressed and feel we are being cared for by very competent professionals.
The clinic, receptionists, doctors are all so accomodating and extremely nice. We moved our clinic/family doctor last year and the experience this place has provided is exceptional. The staff always responds to calls/questions and are quick to reply. Dr. Sami Syed is extremely nice, patient and understanding. My family ever felt rushed during any of our appointments.
The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Dr.Adeniyi is very professional and listens to my concerns and symptoms and carefully gives me options on possible ways to address them.nnThe only downside is that their phone lines are often busy and I have to call multiple times in order to get someone on the phone for an appointment.nnOverall, a great clinic and would recommend!
