Great dinner theater. Great meal and fantastic service. The only complaint we all had was the tables were way too close to each other. In order to get up and go to the bathroom or the bar ,EVERYONE had to stand up ,walk out into the isle and let you out. When you cane back, EVERYONE had to get back up go into the isle and let you back in.nBetter seating plan needed in the future.
I called to get an idea of what services they offer for someone to have the wedding reception there and an idea of what it would cost, and the guy who answered the phone was very rude. When someone is inquiring, it's because they don't know what services you provide for wedding receptios. They also need some idea of pricing. The more you provide in the way of services needed for such an event surely would make your pricing different. Do I need to bring my own catering service, or do you provide this? If you do, then you should have a base price for a reception that you provide nothing other than the space. If you do offer catering, then that too should have a base price per head. If I have to rent tables, chairs, linen, etc. Then those services can be add ons, so base price plus X amount for each additional service. Heck, you could even have a standard base price for all the bells and whistles that would increase according to the clients' selected grade of said services. As most brides will tell you, they have to plan every detail and work every cost into their budget. To be told that I have to know everything beforehand is absurd. Most people would want to know what options are available and costs so they can make the decision to have their reception or event there or go somewhere else. When planning an event, knowing a base price and if you offer different services and if those services come at different levels, ultimately changing the final price. It's just proper business. Standard business, actually. With the lack of professionalism and lack of understanding a product you offer, you will not be getting my business. I will happily spend more somewhere else!
