Called to get an idea of what services they offer and an idea of what it would cost and the guy who answered the phone was very rude. When someone is inquiring it's because they don't know what the different packages are. Do I need to bring my own catering service, can you provide meals. If both options are available they would be different prices. I was trying to get a rough idea of pricing so I can work things out in my budget. To be told that I have to know everything before hand is absurd. When planning an event knowing a rough cost for things helps me to make the decision these things. If you offer different types of services then you should give an estimate on each. With the lack of professionalism you will not be getting my business. I will happily spend more somewhere else!

Enjoyed taking grandson for first time skating. they encourage activity in young children by making it affordable to attend.
