Reached out to try to purchase storage. Paid for a year at once $1000. Then was told "we don't have that size available and I'll refund you when I get a chance". Didn't refund until several days later. Communication has been horrible and I am STILL waiting on the answer to a question I asked 3 days ago. Needless to say I found somewhere much more polite.

Beware - don't do the pay one year in advance because ANY remaining months are non refundable. I lost 6 months worth when I sold my RV so around $250 left was nonrefundable. They also need to add more fill gravel whenever you drive thru a couple days after a rain your tow vehicle will need a wash. Some of the concrete surfaces are seized up 6-8 inches. They did spray for weeds so that was an improvement from the prior owners.
