I suppose I’m a small majority of having a great customer service experience. They worked with me and bent over backwards when I had issues with my skates.
I bought a helmet for my kid and it is already broken. A snap on the side is broken and they dont have spare parts to fix it. They ask me the receipt that I don't have anymore thinking that a helmet never breaks. They don't want to help me. I will never buy Bauer products again.
My 16 year old buys her own equipment, switched to Bauer skates, hasn't got through one season and they are ripping. Never had this before with 3 kids in hockey. They will do NOTHING for her. Bauer is brutal. Their reputation is they won't stand behind their product and we confirmed that first hand.
