Horrible emergency room, my girlfriend is having a possible miscarriage. They hospital staff told her she’d be seen asap then proceeded to call everyone but her. She was the last one sitting in the waiting room, being completely ignored. Pretty sad that people with a sprained ankle and black eye was being prioritized over a possible miscarriage.
Horrible Mental Health facility! They don’t greet u like your nurse I had no idea who my nurse was at anytime. They never said hello im your nurse today. Never asked how I was doing. I was crying the entire time I was there n not a single staff asked how I was doing or why I was upset they saw but never cared! It also took them over 24 hours to let me get a shower, I asked one day at 9am was told other people were ahead of me I asked for anything n they’re answer was no. I asked for a shower again the next day and was told they had to ask my nurse or whatever. More time went by never heard anything about it so I asked again, same answer. After I talked to the doctor who was very nice I got a shower finally after 24+ hours! The nursing staff didn’t have time for 1 on 1s and in mental health that’s needed to do considering were there for our mental health but NOPE! they claim they had were understaffed n that was the reason they didn’t have time to talk to their patients but what kind of help is that if your not doing your job! If u don’t want to help then find a different career! Were there for help and if we can’t get it then no one is gonna get better n it’s no good for anyone!
The service by the surgical staff and all the nurses couldn’t get any better.The great nurses on the west wing were super very much enjoyed my stay even under the circumstances.The food can’t get any better the best hospital food l’ve ever had.Thank very much to all the staff l was involved with.Super Hospital‍‍
Sat here for 3 hours in the waiting room to hear back for my results. Only for them to forget about my results and me. Meanwhile they all visit amongst one another in the emergency room. horrible hospital.
Took my daughter to Emerg last week. The new triage nurse Mkayla knew we waited at the minor emergency for 3 hours and that they sent us to emergency because she required IV antibiotics. Because the antibiotics she was prescribed the week before were not working. My daughter was very sick and slept in her wheel chair the whole time ,while waiting in the waiting area. Mkayla kept making ppl go before us, that didnt even seem as sick as my daughter even the other kid was smiling aroundthe parent knew all the staff and 10 more patients who arrived after us, went before my daughter. Mkayla has a crappy unwelcoming and vibe. She said you dont know everyone's situation. Ppl are suppose to be triaged in by who is more sick or in need.....my little girl was put on IV antibiotics and then sent to RUH the next day, where she was in the children's pediatric ICU for 5 days! Mkayla should get a different position at the hospital or go work in a different work setting. Very poor judgment, professionalism and attitude.
