US 12 doesn’t know how to repair boats. When Gary was running things, it was great. But now, Derick doesn’t know how to fix anything . I paid him $100 to diagnose an engine issue, and he brought someone else to teach him. Which is fine, except then he failed to fix my boat, charged me for an oil change I didn’t ask for, and my boat was broken again a week later. US 12 Marine can’t fix your boat because ownership isn’t knowledgeable enough.
Derrick replaced our floor and got rid of the old green carpet on our pontoon. Amazing job. Looks like a brand new boat. We would highly recommend.
These guys are awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, great deals on boat service and all types of batteries.
