Sadly the drive through did not get my order correct, then proceeded to demand to school me on procedure for next time to order correctly even though I did order it exactly how she was schooling me to order it in the first place. Please as a manager/supervisor, kindly just admit your mistake to the customer and move on or simply correct and move on saying nothing, but don't assume that didnt know how to place the order for 1 scoop chocolate royal and 1 scoop Reese's peanutbutter icecream in one dish with icing on top when that is exactly how the order was placed. And when your employee can't understand this and hands me seperate scoops with no icing and I said where is the icing and can this be in one cup, then get back 2 cups with icing on both then get schooled about how to order.....do better....
By far the rudest employee i’ve met.The worker messed up our ice cream and was completely disrespectful to us when we were simply nice. We had to repeat our selves multiple times to this employee in a respectful manner and he was being very rude and giving us attitude and being racist towards us.
I haven't been to a Baskin Robbins in years. We were in the mood for ice cream and dropped on in. Wow! A lot has changed. They sure do offer more than an ice cream cone or sundae. They have special ice cream beverages, pizza, cookies, premade cakes and even a chance to design your own specialty ice cream cake. If you stop by on the 31st of any month you can get a single scoop for $1.50. This store has handicap access. There is no public bathroom, but you are not there long enough to worry about that. They do have cute tables inside and outside. So, bring your special date on over for some specialty ice cream. This time I chose eggnog and it was soooo good.
I went to get my wife a vegan shake for valentine's day and watched them make it with whole milk. I didn't realize that whole milk is vegetarian not vegan. My wife was upset and made me drink it!...worst Valentine's day ever!
Came in today with my wife. We we're excited to get some ice cream since neither one of us has been to a Baskin and Robbins in about 20 years. We stood in line waiting for a large group to finish their order. We were waiting patiently to order our single scoops of ice cream when the young lady behind the counter completely ignored us and took the orders of another large family group. We looked at each other with amazement. We waited for the multiple number of shake orders before finally deciding to just leave. I couldn't believe the angry look that the young lady behind the counter gave us on the way out. Do you guys have something against the elders in your community?
From my experience if you want a true scoop of ice cream go inside. Every time we have gone through drive up the scoops are never full scoops. My only guess is because you don't open up your cup until you get home.love the ice cream but paying $10+ for 2 double short scooped is getting to spendy. Maybe back to DQ

New store is amazing. Drive through nice addition. Staff super busy, friendly & patient w ppl can't make up there minds. New summer slim ice cream is the best. Very refreshing. Could be additive. Yum.

Great ice cream with friendly people! You can never go wrong with all the different assorted flavors they have. And the employees are always more than willing to offer their favorite samples. Only thing I wish they had is a display of toppings they offer like cold stone but I definitely prefer their ice cream over them for sure! Will be returning soon
