I'm deducting one star for the cashier. She seemed new and not very well trained. She took her sweet time to put two scoops of ice cream and also one gem/topping at a time which increased the lineup. The ice cream was good and was definitely a good treat during a hot, summer day. I'd recommend the coffee/cappuccino ice cream with chocolate chips if you like that combination.
Ordered a birthday cake last minute not knowing that there was a 48 hr ordering policy in effect. They graciously accommodated my order and went above and beyond to ensure that my order would be ready when I needed it. Thank you to the Bayview Baskin-Robbins team for your amazing customer service. I will be back!
Maha and Ria Dint get the name right were kind enough to wait and give us the ice cream on a stormy night. Thank you for the exceptional service…
Love this place! Wonderful service, delicious ice cream and really nice people. A great place to support and shop local right now. Our mint chocolate chip cake is so cute and perfect for birthdays. Can’t wait to come again, a family favorite.
Purchased a holiday ice cream yule log cake and it was delicious. Easy to order - with ability to customize. Quick pick-up and lovely staff. Lets keep supporting local!
The undignified treatment of my family when we requested a small cup of tap water as paying customers and were refused unless we paid 50 cents for a sundae cup at Baskin Robbins has me wondering…. How this could possibly be legal to charge for a small cup for tap water?! I explained to the owner that it was a Toronto public health and human rights issue, that you can’t refuse someone free water at a restaurant. He dug his heels in to this technicality, insisting that he can charge for a tiny sundae cup to give my son water. This, by the way, is after spending $25 there. Baskin Robbins said the owner operators do what they want and did not comment on whether they agreed with this policy meaning they permit it. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS FRANCHISE.
Have had nothing but great experiences at this location. The ice cream is delicious and the owners are so kind. I recently ordered an ice cream cake and the process was easy and the cake was delicious. I came in to pick it up a bit early by accident, but they already had it ready for me!
Have a scale at home, measured the weight of the ice cream each time for a few deliveries, all where 100 grams or more below what I ordered. This was confirmed by staff who had previously worked there, that they systemically underfill uber eats orders. Staff also shared the owners steal staff tips too, just a generally terrible place to take your business too.
In this branch, they didn't give us tapwater and tasting samples which is a normal request from the customers.
the good: good service...the bad: 7$ for a kid's cone and 50$ for an ice cream cake.
