Hi I ordered cake for my husband’s birthday when I received the writing on it was so baad that you can’t even read .. after a month later I went to order my son’s cake I requested them that I want proper handwriting for his cake, the employer got mad at me told me to leave the store. I complained to head quarters and owner called me and offer me $5 off on my next purchase. The owner and employees don’t know how to do customer service. This happen to me 2 years ago. I never went back there but recently someone else shared his store to me that there employees were rude to him too so I’m posting review now

As you walk in nice smell of fresh waffle cones greet you, you also get acknowledged right away by employees. Long lines in summer but line moves pretty quickly as icecream is ready, and all they have to do is put it in cup or cone. You can get any flavour of icecream into a milkshake, but that may take about 2 minutes. Overall very pleasant experience.

I went their with my friends, the whole staff was friendly and we had get what exactly we had ask for…. More varieties as well. I had also ordered one cake from there, which was totally great.

Quick service, loads of flavours. Parking is available and shop is completely accessible.

So tasty and delisious. Service is always grrat and icecream is always fresh. One of thrse days will try a Worl Class Milkshake. Been told the best ever. Ice cream birthday cake was delicious.

Love the ice cream here, although we're in a pandemic. Even if we were not, CLEAN THE TABLES YOUR CUSTOMS SIT ON TO EAT THEIR ICECREAM. They were awful.

Owner and staff must go and get some customer service classes. I am surprised that how they are still running Baskin Robin with this kind of cheap service.

Always a pleasant experience, kids love it. New flavour summertime Lime is a hit with kids. Too bad they don't have Love Potion year around.

I've eaten these famous desserts before, but this was my first time here in the store. It's clean and roomy. I was helped right away by a kind server, and they helped me pick out the right dessert for our group size. Great food, friendly and efficient service. Check, check
