I had a great experience when I went to Baskin Robbins! It was busy, and the girls behind the counter were friendly and efficient. They have a great selection of ice cream and other menu items. It was definitely worth it!
I love Baskin Robbins ice cream because it’s a big real treat but last night my sundae had to small half scoops of ice cream a smidge of chocolate and whipped cream , it’s wasn’t even 3/4 of the small cup they put it in. I was so disappointed to pay the price for what I received, my husband said the employee was distracted and didn’t know how to make it. It was upsetting because I expected a real yummy treat.
All Girls in there look like crack heads, rude as hell. I was in there when they were being rude to a customer and the customer told one of there girls. They just looked at each other giving dirty looks , rolling eyes, glaring to the customer while I was waiting in line. Move to couple weeks later I go in there and they are always rolling their eyes like if there better than me when they are serving ice cream for a living. Disgusting attitudes. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATS SO EVER....I literally hate going there when the young girls are all working together and the one with the tattoos on her neck.
I'm allergic to eight food items, so finding ice cream that I can eat is hard. But, Baskin-Robbins was able to find a flavor. Dark chocolate two scoops with pineapple topping. Yum

I took the kids here after going to the movies on Saturday evening and it definitely made our night. The girl working behind the counter was all by herself and handled the rush of people very well and with a smile. I was impressed not only by the service, but how well she treated my children. To me that is rare these days...because of her and her excellent service we will definitely be frequenting this store more often.

An online post doesn't do any justice for this AMAZING place. The short version: I got the single best smoothie in my 21 year life. IT'S SO GOOD RIGHT NOW!!! the full story: I was driving by on my way home when a saw a kitten get rammed in front of me at 25-30 mph. I immediately hop the curb and park behind his store. I burst through the door and ask the owner behind the counter cleaning can call dispatch to send animal control because a kitten is under his truck dying. He didn't even question it and immediately called dispatch as we go assess the situation. He was very calm, collected, and funny with the situation. It was great talking to him for 15 minutes and he was VERY NICE. Almost like we were friends for ten years. Dispatch gets there, collected the Lil kitty, and we tell what we had seen. PROPS TO YOU ANIMAL CONTROL. YOU'RE AWESOME TOO! I then went in the store and got THIS AMAZING SMOOTHIE. I CAN'T EVEN DESCRIBE HOW YUMMY IT IS!
Love the great service and courteous manner. He handled each one of the five kids' enthusiasm over a child's scoop over a sugar cone with a great amount of patience! This is a Sunday tradition after church, so we'll be back!
