Said open until 10pm arrived on 9:44 p.m and girl said we're closed. I opened the door an walked in awhile another family was being served an everything, guess it takes 17 whole minutes for ice cream. What ever happened to customer first / service businesses don't understand every customer count and all time is valuable.
Was able to go in was fuming because DQ didn't have my cake ready, said they don't have them anymore & bs i got & get a smile & help picking out a birthday cake. Was flawless! She didn't miss a beat, welcomed me to the store, asked my preferences and got me out of there and on my way in about 7mins tonight. Smiles all around now. Thank you for saving my birthday Baskin Robbins woman! Apologies, I've forgotten your name sweet woman that didn't have to be nice to my grumpy butt tonight. 12/14/22
Baskin-Robbins is my favorite place to buy ice cream! I always have a good experience whenever I come here. One I came in with a friend but didn't have any money to buy anything and the manager gave me a free ice cream cone : This place is never crowded and the workers are never all up in your business whenever you sit in the small tables inside. It is also very clean and relaxing. Totally going back to Baskin-Robbins.
I usually go to Baskin Robbins to get Ice cream with my children on different days and I can say that I am happy with their costumer service and the different type of ice cream flavors they have I have visit some other ice cream places but so far We always come back to this location my children love it! Kudos to the team members who give us their costumer service today! They were polite and friendly. Love it!
I am so tired of you closing early. Either fix your website or fix your employees. It says you close at 10pm. I literally pulled in at 9:38 and they turned the lights off. Do you know what happens to businesses that constantly close early? They go out of business. I came by on Sunday and though it said you were open until 10pm you were closed early. I gave you a pass because it was Easter. Hopefully someone is reading your reviews and fixes your problem.
I've never had a problem with the workers or the ice cream. I've been shopping here for years and nothing bad yet.
Great location and staff, good variety of food and treats.
The ice cream is fine, I grew up with Baskin Robbins so I'm quite partial to it, but others in my life describe their ice cream as watery. Trust me, if you want real deal good full fat whole milk dreamy creamy ice cream, go elsewhere. Though I don't really care, as long as they have Chocolate Mousse Royale, Baskin Robbins is forever on my good side. Nobody else makes quite the same ice cream, being chocolate with chocolate chips, such a simple idea, yet so elusive. My favorite flavor aside, this Baskin Robbins in particular though, to be honest, much preferred the place before the remodel. It feels very stale and overly modern in there now. They took out the water fountains which was no doubt intentionally done to get you to buy water after you get thirsty eating your ice cream. Also for some reason the people currently working here are incapable of putting more than 5 sprinkles on an ice cream scoop. Overall, meh. Will go back for the Chocolate Mousse Royale.
Paid for an online order the Sunday before. I went to pick it up and it hadn’t been made. They had the order but just didn’t make it. Owner tried to blame me, then the computer, then her phone until all those were proven to not be the cause of the error. I had to come back the next day. Glad I didn’t try and pick it up the same day as the party.
Hours of operation say it’s open til 10 pm, got there at 9:45 seeing them lock the door as I’m parking, approached the door and the employees smiling said “we’re closed”. Very disappointed pregnant wife and I just went to Cafe Kleo.
