Ordered an oreo sundae. They said they had NO crushed oreos and NO hot fudge, but would do their best. Their best was a scoop of oreo ice cream with a table spoon of nuts on top. Come on. Absolutely ridiculous! And they still charged me for the price of an oreo sundae. Do Not waste your time even considering this location
Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! Might be decent for Dunkin but horrible for Baskin-Robbins. Ice cream tasted freezer burnt. They didn't have the toppings for the sundaes. The guy who made my ice cream wanted my while order before he started making it and then got the order horribly wrong. Complete waste of money. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
If you are looking at ordering the Frozen Themed Ice Cream Cake Don't do it! Below is what I received from this location... On the Baskin Robbins website it shows that I should have received a nice back drop topper and a collectable Anna and Elsa spinner topper. Instead I received a very cheap looking Elsa and a character that was in the move for a whole 5 minutes and my 3 year old had no idea who that was. The location was not apologetic at all! The manager said that all he could do was offer me $7 dollars off or he could refund my order but he would have to take the cake back....like they were going to re-sell it! I didn't have the option of giving the cake back since it was my daughters birthday and clearly I didn't have a back-up cake for her birthday! So very disappointed!
Worst baskin robbins outlet. They have no idea how make a sundae. Always out of stuff.
Ordered 2 ice cream sundaes, chocolate and jamoca, and they gave us mint chocolate chip and some other random flavor? No one was even at this location when we ordered so i didn’t think it was that difficult to take an order and make it correct??? Get it together
this location is horrible and rude. i ordered a strawberry milk shake in the drive thru. once i got it it was indeed light strawberry milk. there was no thickness or "icecream" feel to it. When i went inside to ask them to remake it they said they couldnt and would have to charge me. then i asked could they just add more ice cream to what was already made so i wouldnt have to pay for another one and they said no thats how it comes. 3 employees ganged up to argue with me and even said all they could do was blend it more which would make it more watery and refused to refund me although i had only just ordered through the drive thru
I placed an order for a birthday cake at this location over the weekend. They cancelled the order via email, which I missed. When I arrived at the store, no one knew how to assist me. I’m disappointed that no one took the time to give me a courtesy call and make sure that I received the message. Additionally, they should have apologized and gave me alternative options. Instead, the ignorant manager told me it was my fault and never apologized. Honestly, the store needs a deep cleaning. I consider it a blessing that they didn’t fulfill my order. I recommend you find a different store to support.
This location seems to have problems with stock. They didn't even have spoons for the ice cream... really? The staff is normally friendly but well under trained. It's like there given a shirt and told to go and scoop ice cream, that's it.
Never go here. They lie about the prices listed on the menu and never will give you anything you ordered. This place should be shut down by the Michigan Department of Health.
fast and yummy. i come here often. love the ice cream but they don’t make the dipped cones like they have on the menu. never been able to get the fancy cones they offer and my cones are not rolled all the way to the bottom so they leak all over and sometimes are not cooked all the way soggy and fall apart. i shouldn’t complain about cones not being available in the dipped selection but take it off the menu if you NEVER have them
