Great milkshakes and so many flavors! We always order the same things, but could get something new every time if we wanted. On the 31st say of the month they have a special deal on single scoops, it's a fun activity for the kids. The cakes are fun, definitely recommend ordering ahead if you want something particular or writing added. If you don't mind non-personalized they always have a selection to grab and go.
Service was good! Ice cream was good. The only minor thing was that the Waffle cone was broken. Staff was great.
Great place to grab a quick ice cream treat ...wonderful service ...they both had smiles exceptional clean store ....great atmosphere seeing busy but only took minutes... would definitely go back again to get another chocolate chip mint malt and they do use the powdered malt which is a lot better in my opinion.....
Pretty well-priced ice cream, and it's pretty tasty, too! Facility is pretty clean, and there are two tables currently inside for eating! It gets kind of crowded and busy, however, so plan your visits and try to know what general flavor you're going to want! If you ever head down and you're not allergic, try the chocolate fudge! It is *beautifully delicious*!
I really like this ice cream shop. They have some cool delicacies here and the service is wonderful. It's nice that they are conscientious about people's needs. And due to them doing that, they can continue to make yummy ice cream for us even during covid-19. I would highly recommend this place. You can never go wrong with the yum yums they serve here.
Staff was very attentive and kind, especially toy 3 small boys. The only downside is that there were only 5 seats and 2 tables inside, with no benches or seats outside. Granted this location is on a very busy street, but still it would have been nice to even sit outside on a bench.
Visited on the 7th of July around 8.p.m. the young man working was an example of customer service. We had a pretty sizable order with 4 children running around being loud, and other customers lining up. He was very patient and courteous. This guy deserves a raise. Wish they wore name tags so we could put his name here. Thanks for helping us finish up a great day of visiting the Seattle area. You rock.

I ordered a birthday cake for my son with vanilla ice cream and white cake. I get it home, cut into it and it’s vanilla ice cream with chocolate cake. I guess I should be thankful they were able to spell the words correctly. What a shame since the birthday boy hates chocolate. It became very expensive vanilla ice cream.
I picked up my ice cream cake on January 6th for my birthday. I thawed it out a bit to eat a piece tonight and there was hair in the cake part. I'm calling right when they open tomorrow. That's disgusting.
