They close at 9 but don't serve even if we are there at 8:45. Staff are rude and make up reasons just to not serve you after 8. Baskin robbins quality and service is going down
Disappointed, ice cream that I had appeared to be re-frozen. When that happens, ice cream texture and flavor are affected. Will go to other locations in the future.
